Who is Unleash?
Owners and best friends Marie-Christine Carrière and Azul Bari are the creative minds behind Unleash. Working alongside their dogs, their first pet product line was designed in their hometown of Montreal, Canada and has just recently launched in 2017.
Motivated by their love for design, animals and pushed by the will to step out of the corporate world (unleash themselves!), Unleash was born under the mindset of creating appealing yet functional pet accessories that respect the canine’s freedom while also adapting to the owners contemporary lifestyle.

What sort of materials are your items made of?
Quality is one of our main points of concern and we are proud to offer handcrafted full grain leather products made with the finest Italian leather and solid brass hardware.
What collar size should I order for my dog?

How do I take care and maintain my Unleash leather products?
Unleash leather accessories as collars, leashes and bag dispensers are made out of the finest leathers and should be treated with respect. Use a high-quality leather soap or a cleaning cloth to clean your products when you deem necessary. With each collar purchase, you will receive a beeswax leather conditioner. Using it regularly will help prevent the leather from drying out.

What forms of payment do you take and what currency are your prices in?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal, Alipay and Gift cards. All prices are quoted in US Dollar (USD$) by default and exclude where appropriate Canadian and Quebec sales tax (GST and QST) and delivery charges. If your delivery address is outside Canada, no sales tax will be added to your order.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer digital gift cards for 50$ to 350$. You can find them here. Redeemable online, enter your email for the link or have us send it directly to the lucky one receiving the gift. Note: this gift card is non-refundable.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
Some items have a waitlist. Add your email in the “Sold Out” boxe on the product page and you’ll be notified by email once the item comes back in stock.
If a product is out of stock, and you don't see a "Sold Out” boxe, we haven't made plans to restock that item just yet. We may receive some stock through orders returned to our warehouse, so definitely check back in the future.

Can the order be sent to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, it can. As you finalize the order, please make sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout. The invoice will then be sent to you by email. If you would like to add a greeting card to the package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I receive information about Unleash’s products & offers?
Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter and subscribing to it, you will receive information on Unleash’s latest products, lookbook, exclusive promotions and events.
Can I cancel my Unleash Newsletter subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking the unsubscribe link in the Newsletter that you’ve received.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one in the Log in section. We will send you an email to reset your password.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.
Can I track my order?
If you have selected the tracked packet at check out, you may monitor the status of your package in real-time. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. You can follow the progress of your order by entering your tracking number on the Canada Post website. Applicable fees can apply.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed. Send an email to email@example.com with “Cancellation Order” in the subject email. Your message should include your order number and order date. We will do our best to cancel your order in time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All items purchased will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of the order. Shipping depends on the country where the order will be shipped. Deliveries to Canada take 1 to 5 working days, to the USA, 4 to 7 working days and international deliveries, between 6 and 10 working days.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
The shipping price depends on the country you live in and the type and number of articles that you buy. Please go in the shopping cart to see the accurate fees.
Can I exchange or return any item?
You can return or exchange items up to 14 business days after receiving your original order. The products must be sent back in their original condition, original packaging and without previously used postage labels within 14 days after purchasing them. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible if the package gets lost while sending it back to us.
Unleash reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
How can I make an exchange or return?
If you meet all the aforementioned requirements, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your situation, your order number and order date and we’ll be in contact with you shortly to arrange the specifics.
Can I keep the original item after having requested an exchange?
No. If 14 days have passed since requesting the exchange and we have not received the original items, you will be charged the amount using the original payment method.
When will I receive the refund for my return?
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
